Aaron Cassara grew up in Chicago and graduated with honors from Columbia College Chicago with a degree in film and video. His first film out of school, after interning with SeeThink Films, went to several film festivals including Sarasota and HollyShorts after winning audience choice in their monthly screening series. He has been a freelance filmmaker based in NYC for the past 8 years working on commercial, documentaries, music videos, events and narratives.
